Make sure by yourself that you advertise for any products and services which are legal and comply with all relevant laws of local, state and federal government of Australia, international, commonwealth and commercial law. 

In this site, we only control our the links in streetpages.com.au (the links contain with our domain name streetpages.com.au) to other websites. We are not responsible for any other links of any domains (for example supplied by advertisers during listing add).

Terms of posting advertisement:

You are not entitled to

  1. use the Street Pages Directory for illegal purposes.

  2. post to the Street Pages Directory telephone numbers that are listed on or form part of the Commonwealth Do-Not-Call Register;

  3. post to the Street Pages Directory any material which violates any intellectual property rights

  4. link to your listing any defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind;

Warranties and Liabilities:

We do not guarantee that our directory is flawless and will meet your requirement. Though we are committed to provide high available service but we are not liable to provide any warranty for service or data.

We are not liable for any service disruption which are not in our control.

Refund Policy:

All payments are non-refundable unless we terminate any listing. We are liable to refund 100% for any listing that we terminate for the reasons stated in this document.
